If you have a discount code, enter it and click “Apply Coupon” to update your total. When you’re ready to finalize your order, click the green “Complete Purchase” button. FOR THE “WE’LL DOUBLE YOUR ORDER” PROMOTION, YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ANYTHING. WE’LL SIMPLY DOUBLE YOUR FIRST ORDER WITH US.
On the checkout page, you can log in with your email address and password. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER. If you create an account, it will make the process easier for future orders. We may also send you promotional offers by email.
Once you have filled out all the required fields for payment, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR REAL PHONE NUMBER—WE WON'T CALL YOU!
You will need to accept the terms and conditions (located at the bottom of the page), then click the "PLACE ORDER" button.
On the payment confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions for sending an Interac e-Transfer. Orders are shipped only after we receive the Interac e-Transfer.
Once we receive your Interac e-Transfer, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day, or the same day if the order is placed and paid for before noon. We will email you your XpressPost tracking number as soon as it is available, usually by the end of the day.
At Kick Start, we offer only expedited shipping for all orders, ensuring that your high-quality products arrive quickly and safely. We use Canada Post XpressPost for expedited shipping, providing you with fast and reliable service, no matter where you are in Canada. Your tracking number will appear on your order confirmation, which you’ll receive by email. Please allow 1 to 3 business days once your payment has been processed.
